Ergon Research was pleased to participate in ASME Turbo Expo 2026, where we showcased our activities in advanced propulsion systems, including the DAMAGER EDF Project supported by the European Defence Fund.
During the event, we hosted a dedicated booth featuring the project roll-up banner, providing an opportunity to discuss our work on small-scale turbojet technologies and engage directly with the turbomachinery community.
It was also valuable to meet with our partners from Hit09 and exchange views on the ongoing technical developments within the project, as well as future perspectives.
We had several insightful discussions with attendees on the challenges and opportunities associated with small turbojet propulsion systems, particularly in relation to cost reduction, manufacturability, and emerging defence applications.
Events such as Turbo Expo continue to be key platforms for fostering collaboration and sharing knowledge across academia and industry.
