Ergon Research SRL is a consortium partner in the DAMAGER research project (Grant Agreement No. 101224541), funded by the European Defence Fund (EDF). It leads communication and dissemination for the project, develops and operates this website, and registers the domain damager.eu on behalf of the consortium.

HIT09 SRL remains the project coordinator under the Grant Agreement (technical and administrative lead of the consortium). For consortium or grant matters unrelated to this website’s personal data processing, contact the coordinator through the channels published by the DAMAGER project.


2. What data we collect

2.1 Data you provide voluntarily

When you use the contact form on this website, you provide:

  • Your name
  • Your e-mail address
  • The content of your message

This data is transmitted to and stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) via Netlify Forms, and forwarded by e-mail to info@hit09.com (mailbox of HIT09 SRL, project coordinator). The website and Netlify are operated by Ergon Research SRL; the consortium has chosen this address so that enquiries reach the coordinator’s public project inbox. The data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in responding to unsolicited enquiries from stakeholders.

2.2 Data collected automatically

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects:

  • Anonymised IP address (IP anonymisation is always enabled)
  • Pages visited, time spent, referral source
  • Browser type, operating system, screen resolution

This data is processed in aggregate form and cannot be used to identify individual users.

This website is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). Netlify provides DDoS protection, CDN-level security, and automated HTTPS certificates via Let’s Encrypt.
